Part-time Teacher – Tutoring Opportunities in Dubai

About the role

Discover Learning Tutors is seeking part‑time teachers to deliver on‑site instruction to small groups and individual learners aged 3–18 at its centre in Motor City, Dubai. You will plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons, assess learner progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare learning materials and resources for each session.
• Support learners with homework, exam preparation and ongoing assessment.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding progress.
• Document learner progress and update records regularly.
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure consistent educational standards.
• Uphold centre policies, safeguarding practices and a positive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Experience teaching or tutoring learners aged 3–18.
• Strong lesson‑planning ability with age‑appropriate, curriculum‑aligned activities.
• Professional communication skills for interaction with learners, families and colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, or equivalent teaching qualifications.
• Familiarity with international or British curricula is highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage small groups and individual sessions, with solid classroom and behavior‑management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive, learner‑centered teaching in a non‑discriminatory environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Motor City, Dubai with flexible afternoons, evenings and/or weekends.
