About the role

Saad Al Hammadi Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking an experienced Partner to join its Dubai office. The successful candidate will strengthen the firm’s dispute‑resolution practice, contribute to business development, and help shape the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Complement and expand the existing dispute‑resolution and corporate practice.
• Develop new client relationships and originate fresh work across sectors.
• Independently manage complex litigation, arbitration and commercial matters.
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers and staff.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic growth and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Significant post‑qualification legal experience, with a substantial portion in the UAE.
• Strong background in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration and/or corporate/commercial law.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑level client relationships and generate business.
• Established professional network within the UAE or wider GCC/MENA region.
• Leadership skills with experience supervising legal teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
