Partner Office - Finance and Income Specialist

About the role

PwC's Partner Office in Dubai supports its growing number of partners across areas such as partner income, capital and pensions. This Senior Associate position covers all financial matters for partners, including reporting, account management, journal finalisation and partner capital support.

Key responsibilities

• Collate reporting requirements and develop reporting solutions for partners, using system modules to review, modify and finalise them
• Create, update and suspend partner accounts, and help partners fix login issues (password resets)
• Reconcile active partner accounts in Compendia against partner headcount and manage SEA contracts, renewals and payment reconciliations, keeping audit trails such as timesheets
• Calculate accruals per account, finalise journals for PwC and S& and review draft operating statements
• Reconcile BTL accounts with the accounts and HR teams on medical and life insurance postings, partner costs, interest on capital and relocation
• Prepare partner capital documentation, liaise with partners and banks on capital loans, and reconcile partner capital accounts
• Lead automation projects using digital resources such as PBI and Alteryx to reduce manual work

Required profile

• Experience collating reporting requirements and strong knowledge of business intelligence and analytics tools
• Previous partner or employee-related experience covering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and performance management
• Previous Big Four experience is an advantage; prior payroll experience is required to understand partner income
• Spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
