Partner Sales Director

About the role

ClickHouse is seeking a high‑energy Partner Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa (ME‑A) region, based in the UAE. You will be responsible for driving revenue through partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced opportunities across the Middle Eastern market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve a revenue quota for partner‑generated bookings in the Middle East.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to integrate partners into account strategies and deal cycles.
• Build joint sales motions with system integrators, ISVs, and channel partners to expand ClickHouse’s reach.
• Serve as the primary partner sales interface, aligning regional sellers, partner field teams, and global programs.
• Develop joint account plans, campaigns, and demand‑generation activities with priority partners.
• Drive joint forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting of partner contributions.
• Identify, onboard, and develop strategic SI and ISV partnerships for new opportunities and successful implementations.
• Define joint go‑to‑market plays, delivery frameworks, and enablement paths.
• Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and marketing to support partner‑led projects and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Maintain accurate partner pipeline data, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics; lead quarterly business reviews.
