About the role

Richmond Properties is seeking an ambitious Partnerships and Event Manager to shape the employee experience, strengthen the employer brand, and build strategic relationships that support business growth. This unique role blends internal culture development, employee engagement, employer branding, and event management within a fast‑growing luxury real‑estate brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver initiatives that enhance company culture, employee wellbeing, and engagement.
• Organise internal events, social activities, wellness programmes, and team‑building sessions.
• Create employee recognition and reward schemes.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, fitness providers, hotels, universities, developers, charities and business communities.
• Support recruitment through employer‑branding campaigns and external engagement.
• Plan and execute flagship company events, networking opportunities, charity initiatives and community‑focused activities.
• Track participation, engagement and ROI of programmes; report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in culture, employee engagement, employer branding, partnerships, events or marketing.
• Ability to develop and implement initiatives that reflect company values.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with leadership and external partners.
• Analytical mindset to measure impact and recommend improvements.
