Partnerships & Influencer Manager

About the role

Sajada wants to place its brand in the hands, homes and feeds of Muslims around the world, through creators, artists and partners, and in hotels, malls, mosques, events and expos. The Partnerships & Influencer Manager reports to the Brand & Creative Director and works closely with the Head of Growth, the creative strategist and the creator team. The position is full-time and can be done remotely or from the Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Influencer campaigns on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok: finding creators, negotiating, contracting, briefing and tracking results.
• Run the creator program and product gifting, from selection to shipping to content delivered.
• Produce creator content for launches such as Black Friday, Ramadan, Eid and monthly drops.
• Maintain a creator roster and pipeline with clear reporting on cost, content, reach and sales.
• Scout artists, calligraphers and designers for collections and co-branded drops, and run each collaboration (contracts, timelines, approvals, samples, launch).
• Place Sajada in hotels, malls, retail, mosques and Islamic centres, and secure presence at conventions, expos, Ramadan markets and community festivals.
• Build partnerships with Muslim organisations, communities and brands that share the brand's values.

Required profile

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships or talent management, ideally for a consumer or lifestyle brand.
• A creator network, ideally in Muslim lifestyle, modest fashion, family or faith.
• Experience negotiating creator deals and contracts and reporting on results.
• Ability to handle many relationships, deadlines and shipments at once.
• Confidence pitching a brand to hotels, retailers and event organisers.
• Understanding of Islamic practice and care in how faith is presented.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or French is a plus.
