Parts Advisor – Automotive After‑sales

About the role
We are looking for an experienced automotive parts professional to join our Aftersales Parts team in Dubai. The Parts Advisor will support retail customers and workshop teams by identifying the right parts, processing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and sourcing correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Drive parts sales through upselling, accessory promotion and appropriate discount management.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams on parts availability, quotations, orders and expected arrival dates.
- Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations and transaction information in SAP.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with an automotive background.
- 3‑5 years of experience in automotive parts sales and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and parts ordering processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SAP (preferred).
