Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer

About the role

EnerMech is seeking a Parts Coordinator / SAP Engineer to support offshore crane operations. The role combines parts management, SAP data administration, and technical documentation to ensure reliable lifting equipment throughout its lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, verify and source spare parts for offshore cranes using OEM manuals, technical drawings and API standards.
• Create and maintain SAP material master data, equipment records, bills of material and maintenance task lists.
• Enter and update maintenance history, cost tracking and part consumption with high accuracy.
• Perform regular data quality checks across PM and MM modules and align maintenance plans with OEM/API requirements.
• Maintain traceability records, certificates of conformity and other documentation to meet ISO 9001 and client‑specific compliance.
• Support engineers and planners by providing correct part numbers, specifications and up‑to‑date technical records.

Required profile

• Experience in parts coordination, logistics or supply chain within an industrial or energy environment.
• Familiarity with offshore lifting equipment, cranes and related accessories.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with engineers, planners and procurement teams.

Required skills

• SAP (PM/MM modules, material master, BOM management)
• Interpretation of OEM manuals and technical drawings
• Knowledge of API standards for offshore equipment
• Understanding of ISO 9001 documentation requirements
