About the role

FedEx is seeking a part‑time Courier to join its ground operations team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves safe and timely pick‑up and delivery of parcels, both domestically and internationally, while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑road courier and dispatch operations, including pick‑up and delivery of shipments.
• Handle sorting, ramp, and packing activities at station and hub locations.
• Perform international and domestic pick‑up and delivery tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Support customer service inquiries related to shipments.

Required profile

• UAE driving licence with manual transmission (mandatory).
• Grade 4 classification as defined by FedEx.
• Strong attention to detail and planning abilities.
• Good interpersonal, problem‑solving and team‑working skills.

Required skills

• Valid UAE manual‑gear driving licence.
• Ability to operate courier vehicles safely.
