Payments Trade & Working Capital Sales Associate – Dubai

About the role

The Payments Trade & Working Capital division of J.P. Morgan connects clients with a suite of trade finance solutions. As a Sales Senior Associate, you will support the CEEMEA sales team, helping to originate and structure new opportunities across core and structured trade products.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CEEMEA Trade & Working Capital sales team in managing a diverse corporate client portfolio.
• Originate and structure new deals for core trade, structured trade, and working capital solutions.
• Collaborate with payments functional teams and coverage bankers to execute sales strategies and increase market share.
• Participate in client calls and prepare responses, term sheets, and presentations.
• Create deal write‑ups and support internal approval processes.
• Price and model financing alternatives using the Loan Return Calculator.
• Support the CEEMEA Head of T&WC Sales in shaping sales strategy.
• Contribute to trade initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in trade, transaction banking, and managing complex client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of credit and TWC solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
• Logical, analytical, organized with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with financial modelling tools.
