Pediatric ENT Consultant – Dubai Hospital

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT to join a leading hospital in Dubai, delivering comprehensive medical and surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy, audiological assessments and imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using medical and surgical approaches.
• Carry out pediatric ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ventilation tube insertion and airway surgery.
• Provide expert consultation to pediatricians, neonatologists and other specialists.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement, teaching and clinical research.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialty training in ENT and a fellowship in Pediatric ENT.
• Western‑trained education or clinical experience (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Consultant Pediatric ENT in a tertiary care hospital.
• Eligibility for a valid DHA, DOH or MOH Consultant licence.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork skills.
