People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator will support the implementation and continuous improvement of Minor Hotels' People & Culture policies and processes at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to and improvement of Minor Hotels P&C operational policies and processes.
• Assist in recruitment, performance management, staff discipline, and HR administration.
• Coordinate work permits, visas, staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
• Implement corporate compensation, benefits, and incentive bonus schemes.
• Promote employee communication, manage grievances, and maintain positive staff relations.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Knowledge of HR administration, employee records management, and UAE labor regulations (advantageous).
• Experience maintaining employee files, HR documentation, and handling attendance, leave, and overtime data.
• Basic understanding of payroll and salary‑related processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HRIS or employee management systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
