About the role
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategy, culture, and talent acquisition for a growing organization in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.
- Advise leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and succession.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, employer branding and structured hiring processes.
- Design employee engagement programmes and manage employee relations.
- Run performance appraisal cycles and design L&D programmes for future skills.
Required profile
- 8–12 years of HR experience covering strategic and operational areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
- Proven success in talent acquisition and culture‑building.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS, ATS and modern HR tools.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
