People & Operations Coordinator

About the role

You will keep the agency running behind the scenes, handling client and team onboarding, systems, invoicing, payroll inputs and internal communication to ensure smooth operations between sales, delivery and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients in ClickUp, set up spaces, lists, workflows and assign team members.
• Create and maintain client accounts in Zoho, prepare invoices, track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Onboard new team members, manage contracts, tool access and first‑week setup.
• Handle employee visa applications, renewals and documentation.
• Manage the Slack workspace, including channels, members and access.
• Check hours and calculate monthly salaries for employees and freelancers.
• Prepare the monthly agency presentation covering clients, team, finance and operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal operational questions and coordinate between team, clients and management.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai (required).
• Background in finance and operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling confidential data.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ClickUp.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho (Books, Payroll, People or CRM).
• Experience managing Slack workspaces.
