People Operations Specialist, MENA

About the role

M+C Saatchi Group is looking for a People Operations Specialist, MENA, based in Dubai under a hybrid working model. The role reports to the Global People Operations Lead and works within the Global People Operations Specialist Team, supporting People Operations across MENA and collaborating with regional teams in APAC, Europe and the Americas. It helps streamline and optimise processes, ensure compliance and deliver a good employee experience for managers and employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle and coordinate upskilling sessions for managers and the People team
• Review and improve processes, policies and systems, and contribute to automation, scalability and compliance initiatives
• Act as a tier 2/3 escalation point for complex People Operations queries and help resolve recurring issues
• Coordinate global employment and talent transfers, including guidance on relocation, visas and remuneration for talent outside the UK
• Support visa compliance, data protection awareness, Right to Work checks and sponsorship, and keep stakeholders informed of immigration updates in the Middle East
• Produce accurate, timely people data and reporting for local and global audiences
• Act as a Workday champion, supporting rollouts, adoption and training
• Support benefits uptake and evolution, and act as the main coordinator for monthly payroll submissions, including onboarding and offboarding

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering People Operations support in complex environments, ideally with exposure to benefits, compliance, immigration and global mobility
• Working understanding of UAE employment and immigration frameworks
• Experience in multi-stakeholder projects and managing several priorities accurately
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, analytical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with the MENA region is an advantage
