People & Talent Partner

About the role

Beehive is looking for a People & Talent Partner to support the People team across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. You will ensure smooth processes, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to a positive employee experience in line with the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and resolve routine HR challenges such as visa documentation.
• Initiate and own tasks like enhancing onboarding processes.
• Schedule interviews, update medical insurance, and manage HR documentation with speed and accuracy.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of HR projects, meeting deadlines and preventing gaps.
• Maintain the HRMS, ensuring data integrity for daily operations.
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring transparency and fairness in all interactions.
• Communicate HR updates (benefits, policy changes) clearly to stakeholders.
• Practice active listening during interviews and employee one‑on‑ones.
• Provide regular feedback within the HR team and to employees.
• Continuously improve onboarding, candidate experience, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage routine employee relations issues and answer policy queries.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends.
• Support workforce planning and talent pool development.
• Assist sourcing efforts to attract diverse talent.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline (preferred).
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator who takes feedback well and collaborates effectively.
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and a people‑first mindset.
