Performance Management Manager

About the role

The Performance Management Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management framework for a diversified group of companies in Abu Dhabi. This senior HR professional will ensure that strategic objectives are translated into measurable goals and that a high‑performance culture is embedded across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a comprehensive performance management framework from scratch.
• Develop policies, procedures, rating methodologies, templates, and annual operating calendars.
• Align performance processes with corporate strategy, culture, and business objectives.
• Ensure cascading of goals from corporate level to departments, teams, and individuals.
• Manage the full annual performance cycle, including goal setting, KPI development, continuous reviews, mid‑year and year‑end evaluations, calibration sessions, appeals, PIPs, and reporting.
• Facilitate calibration discussions and governance committees.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to strengthen organizational performance.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance matters and monitor framework effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on performance management, organizational development, or talent management.
• Proven track record managing the full performance lifecycle in large, complex, multinational organizations.
• Experience developing performance frameworks and KPI methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
