Performance Manager - People & Culture

About the role

VisioneersPartner is looking for a strategic Performance Manager to lead performance management initiatives across the People & Culture function. You will design, implement, and oversee appraisal systems, development programs, and engagement activities that drive a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out performance management frameworks aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to set clear performance expectations and measurable goals.
• Lead regular performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and development discussions.
• Identify training and development needs using performance data and employee feedback.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to support talent and succession planning.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in performance management, talent development, or HR generalist roles.
• Proven track record managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and performance management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
