Performance Marketer

About the role

GRQ Holdings is seeking a Performance Marketer to drive revenue growth across its e‑commerce portfolio in the UAE. You will be responsible for scaling campaigns, testing products and creatives, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Test products, creatives, hooks, offers, and landing‑page angles.
• Analyze performance data and identify scaling opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and retention metrics.
• Build structured testing systems for creatives and offers.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and operational teams to improve ad performance.
• Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and winning advertising angles.
• Improve customer acquisition efficiency across multiple stores.
• Assist in strategy development for launch and scaling phases.
• Maintain strong reporting and operational communication.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the ads ecosystem and Meta platforms.
• Proven experience scaling e‑commerce brands or performance campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data quickly and make data‑driven decisions.
• Solid grasp of creative testing, ad psychology, and offer optimization.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑moving operational environments.
• Professional communication and disciplined execution.
