Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to support the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns for a client in the events industry. The role focuses on driving audience acquisition, engagement and conversion across both paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Support SEO and organic growth initiatives.
• Monitor and optimise acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Test new audiences, channels, messaging and creative approaches.
• Track key performance metrics such as CAC, conversion, retention and ROI.
• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and support performance reporting.
• Analyse campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audience acquisition and engagement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in performance, digital, growth or acquisition marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media campaigns and digital advertising platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO and organic growth.
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, funnels and attribution.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial, results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, entertainment or related industries is a plus.
