Performance Marketing Intern

About the role

Join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team as a Performance Marketing Intern. You will work hands‑on with live ad accounts on Meta and Google platforms, learning the full lifecycle of paid campaigns while supporting broader marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) campaigns.
• Maintain account hygiene: negative keywords, audience exclusions, budget pacing, bid adjustments.
• Plan and execute structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate; flag issues the same day.
• Maintain tracking set‑up: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and monthly reviews with recommendations.
• Support email campaign setup, segmentation and QA.
• Assist with social content, competitor ad monitoring and in‑store/event activations.

Required profile

• Genuine eagerness to learn performance marketing; no prior paid‑campaign experience required.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Clear written English and eligibility for a paid internship in the UAE.
• Basic design skills using Canva or CapCut.
• Interest in pets or pet nutrition.
