Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

The Performance Marketing Lead will design, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns to drive online sales, spa bookings and retail traffic for the IZIL brand. You will combine data‑driven analysis with creative thinking to maximise return on ad spend and support customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business goals across acquisition, lead generation and retention.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other relevant platforms, managing budgets and forecasting performance.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Drive e‑commerce traffic and conversions, conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives and funnels, and collaborate with the e‑commerce team to improve user experience.
• Work with CRM teams on email, SMS and loyalty programmes, creating audience segments to boost repeat purchases.
• Analyse performance data, build dashboards and present actionable insights to senior management.
• Partner with content creators, designers, retail and spa operations, and external agencies to guide creative development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing sizable advertising budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
