Performance Marketing Manager (Consumer)

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy and performance of paid acquisition for our direct‑to‑consumer website. While day‑to‑day execution is handled by an external media agency, the role is focused on strategic direction, agency coordination, and delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own paid media strategy, quarterly and monthly planning across Meta, Google and other channels, setting budget allocation, channel mix and performance targets (CAC, ROAS, MER).
• Act as primary point of contact for the performance‑marketing agency, managing contracts, statements of work and performance‑based renewals, and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate with global marketing, brand, website CRO and retention teams to ensure creative assets, landing pages and offers are aligned with paid campaigns.
• Build leadership‑facing performance dashboards, own tracking and attribution accuracy, and stay ahead of platform and privacy changes.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a DTC or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven experience managing external paid‑media agencies with budget and target accountability.
• Strong analytical ability to assess CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV and MER metrics.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills to brief stakeholders across time zones.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools such as Klaviyo, WebEngage or MoEngage.
• Ability to audit account structure, targeting and creative strategy.
