Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead regional search and affiliate strategies, guide local teams and agency partners, and turn data insights into growth opportunities across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional performance marketing strategies for Search and Affiliate channels.
• Collaborate with local markets and agency partners to ensure campaign excellence and ROI.
• Analyse performance data, identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct structured performance reviews with agencies, driving continuous improvement.
• Produce insight‑driven regional reports that translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Support markets in advancing their performance‑marketing maturity through best‑practice adoption and testing frameworks.
• Prepare performance marketing readiness for product launches and ongoing campaigns, capturing learnings for future strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a performance agency or in‑house team.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven experience managing Search as a core performance channel.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
