Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead data‑driven acquisition initiatives across multiple digital channels, driving qualified leads and optimizing spend to support business growth. This role works closely with Sales, Partnerships and Creative teams to ensure measurable impact and alignment with commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, native, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing tactics to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee lead lifecycle from MQL to SQL and collaborate with Sales to boost lead‑to‑opportunity and opportunity‑to‑closure conversion.
• Control monthly budgets, maintaining CPL, CPA and CAC benchmarks while improving ROAS.
• Set up analytics and tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations; build dashboards for key metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven B2B and B2C lead generation success.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred; background in business setup, free zones, fintech or SME ecosystems is a plus.
