Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search will own the planning, execution and performance of paid search across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for Landmark Group concepts and markets. You will be accountable for revenue, cost‑to‑income ratio, ROAS and CAC while managing budget allocation, bidding strategy and campaign structure.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple markets, collaborating with Dubai and Bengaluru execution teams.
• Maintain governance over account structure, tracking, data integrity and feed‑based campaign performance.
• Provide regular performance updates, insights and recommendations to concept stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Partner with MarTech, Analytics and Product teams on measurement, attribution and first‑party data activation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of hands‑on paid search experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or a performance agency serving retail clients.
• Proven track record of managing substantial media budgets across multiple markets and delivering efficiency targets.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain performance clearly and defend recommendations with data.

Required skills

• Deep working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and bidding automation.
• Product feed management for Shopping and Performance Max.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience with AI‑assisted optimisation and automation tools.
