Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate & AI Growth)

About the role

A growing real estate company based in Dubai is hiring an experienced, results-driven and AI-savvy Performance Marketing Manager. The role goes beyond running ads: it covers paid advertising, lead generation, competitor research, AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, and generate buyer and investor leads for Dubai and UAE real estate projects.
• Manage ad budgets and optimise CPL, CPA and ROI; run retargeting campaigns and A/B tests.
• Research and implement AI tools, work with the technical team on CRM integrations and lead qualification workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor competitors' digital strategies, ads, creatives and funnels, and recommend strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Track campaign performance with Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, build weekly and monthly dashboards, and work with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Collaborate with social media managers, designers, developers and sales teams, write creative briefs and develop high-converting landing page strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Dubai/UAE real estate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication and reporting skills.
