Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Brewing Gadgets is seeking a commercially‑minded Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable growth across its multiple e‑commerce properties and brands. Based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, you will own paid‑media strategy, optimisation, testing and reporting, working closely with e‑commerce, content, design and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and scale paid‑media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC and overall acquisition efficiency.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks throughout the conversion funnel.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation and landing‑page optimisation to boost conversion rates.
• Produce clear performance reports for senior leadership.
• Implement SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to enhance search visibility in AI‑driven environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing paid‑media budgets and optimisation across multiple channels.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven ability to translate analytics into commercial decisions.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce growth metrics and lifecycle marketing.
