Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ecomma is looking for a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise paid media campaigns for ecommerce brands. You will work directly inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, analyse performance data, and take decisive actions to improve profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple ecommerce brands.
• Track daily and weekly metrics such as spend, revenue, ROAS, MER, CAC, CVR, AOV and profitability.
• Identify under‑performing campaigns, ad sets, keywords, creatives and landing pages.
• Optimise budgets, audiences, bids, placements, search terms and overall campaign structure.
• Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to test new ads, offers and landing pages.
• Review product feeds, tracking parameters, UTMs and conversion events.
• Prepare concise performance updates with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain change logs for edits, tests and budget adjustments.
• Flag tracking, attribution or account issues early and support multiple brands simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with ecommerce or direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) brands is strongly preferred.
• Ability to optimise campaigns based on profitability metrics, not just ROAS.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
