Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join Instashop’s Marketing team in Dubai. In this individual‑contributor role you will own the day‑to‑day execution of paid campaigns, manage budgets and drive customer acquisition across the UAE and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, bid, and optimise end‑to‑end campaigns on Meta, TikTok and other paid channels, taking creatives live, testing formats and iterating based on performance data.
• Allocate daily budgets, monitor pacing and ensure CAC targets are met while flagging any health issues early.
• Analyse full‑funnel performance, build regular reports for senior stakeholders and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bids and landing experiences, documenting hypotheses and learnings.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on communications planning, incentive design and quarterly performance reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience, at least 2 years focused on paid social.
• Proven track record running Meta and TikTok campaigns and managing cross‑channel budgets.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer and a solid understanding of attribution.
• Exposure to q‑commerce, food delivery or e‑commerce is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structures, Advantage+, bidding).
• Working experience with TikTok Ads (smart campaigns, TopView, In‑Feed).
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Apple Ads and Snapchat advertising platforms.
• Understanding of mobile measurement partners (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and attribution mechanics.
• Proficiency with AI tools for reporting, analysis and workflow automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
