Performance & Rewards Manager

About the role

AI71 is seeking a high‑calibre Performance & Rewards Manager to design, implement and continuously improve its performance management and reward frameworks. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end‑to‑end annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews and year‑end evaluations.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance processes, tools and timelines.
• Monitor completion rates and ensure consistent application of performance standards across the organisation.
• Support performance calibration discussions and prepare related documentation and analysis.
• Maintain accurate performance data and deliver regular reporting to HR leadership.
• Administer reward programmes such as salary reviews, bonuses and non‑monetary recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate the annual compensation review process, managing timelines, approvals and data integrity.
• Analyse reward outcomes to identify internal equity issues and external competitiveness.
• Assist with market benchmarking and keep compensation databases up to date.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analyses for HR leadership, using AI tools for data manipulation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance management and total rewards within a corporate setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance and compensation data.
• Excellent communication skills to support managers and employees.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and data analysis tools.
• Experience using AI‑enabled analytics or reporting tools.
