About the role
An international law firm in Dubai is looking for a permanent part-time receptionist (UAE). Working hours are either 9am to 1.30pm or 1.30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The salary range of AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month depends on relevant reception experience and a degree. Candidates without reception experience may be considered if they are willing to learn, provided they meet the criteria and currently live in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Answer the company's telephone system politely and professionally
- Keep the meeting rooms tidy and stocked with the necessary items
- Arrange couriers
- Carry out some administrative tasks and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Required profile
- Must hold a UAE residence visa (UAEN)
- Must currently reside in the UAE
- Reliable, hardworking and good at timekeeping, as the switchboard is relied upon
- A degree is an advantage but not essential
- Team player
