About the role
We are looking for a highly professional and trustworthy Personal Accountant to manage all financial activities related to the CEO’s personal accounts. The role involves handling transactions, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all personal financial transactions and expenses of the CEO.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of expenditures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with service providers, contractors, property managers, and suppliers to verify invoices and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain secure, confidential, and well‑organized financial records.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, tax regulations, and documentation standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
