About the role
WUJOD is looking for a highly professional Personal Assistant / Receptionist to support the Founder & CEO and manage the daily operations of its new Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders while providing executive‑level administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Founder & CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, reports and follow‑up action trackers.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive documentation with discretion.
- Welcome guests, clients, investors and partners; manage calls, emails and front‑office inquiries.
- Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and office presentation standards.
- Coordinate office supplies, pantry, couriers, vendors and liaise with building management.
- Support HR, finance and procurement administration as needed and organise company events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Receptionist or Office Administrator, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, multitasking and confidentiality skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with VIPs.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
