Personal Driver

About the role

The Personal Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for the employer and authorized passengers. This role ensures the vehicle is well‑maintained, routes are efficiently planned, and all travel is conducted with discretion and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Transport the employer, family members, or authorized passengers to appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations.
• Plan routes to guarantee timely arrivals while considering traffic and road conditions.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights, etc.) and schedule routine servicing and repairs.
• Keep accurate mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and travel logs.
• Ensure vehicle registration, insurance, and licensing documents are current.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or personal belongings.
• Run occasional errands such as collecting documents, purchasing items, or delivering packages.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver (preferred).
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (advantage).
