Phone Support Specialist - Arabic

About the role

Revolut’s Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions of users worldwide, delivering fast and thoughtful assistance. We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Support Specialist to own customer issues, dig deeper for solutions, and help shape the way we serve our community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a seamless, confidence‑building experience for customers using Revolut’s features.
• Deliver outstanding phone support, handling inquiries with professionalism and consistency.
• Represent Revolut by maintaining clear and courteous communication with every caller.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex issues and improve the product.
• Participate in 24/7 coverage, including night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate acceptable).
• At least 18 months of customer‑service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+ level) and native‑level Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and IT aptitude.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a self‑motivated, flexible attitude.
• Independent problem‑solving approach and team‑player mindset.
