Physical Education Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physical Education Trainer to design and deliver structured sports and fitness programs in school or institutional settings. The role involves creating engaging, safe, and disciplined training environments that promote health, teamwork, and student development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver physical education sessions aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor student progress.
• Manage and supervise sports activities in schools or similar institutions.
• Ensure a safe and disciplined training environment.
• Coordinate with school staff, management, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development of sports programs, events, and activities.
• Maintain records, reports, and performance tracking.
• Promote health, fitness, and teamwork among participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of experience in high‑school settings or institutional environments such as military or national service programs.
• Strong understanding of structured training programs and student management.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises.
• Preferred: experience in government schools or military environments, relevant coaching or teaching certifications.
