Planning Manager – eCommerce

About the role

The Planning Manager – eCommerce drives data‑led decision‑making for Huda Beauty’s global online business. You will own forecasting and inventory planning, working closely with commercial, finance, marketing and supply‑chain teams to improve accuracy and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own business forecasting across weekly to annual horizons and be accountable for forecast accuracy.
• Develop driver‑based forecasting models that incorporate marketing plans, launch phasing, distribution strategy and early sales signals.
• Partner cross‑functionally to align forecasts with business strategy and promotional calendars.
• Monitor launch and campaign performance, re‑forecast dynamically, and identify risks such as stock‑outs or excess inventory.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of planning tools (e.g., FuturMaster) and automate manual processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, business planning or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong analytical capability with experience handling large data sets and retail mathematics.
• Proven ability to work independently, challenge assumptions and influence decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast‑paced, international environment.
