PMC Procurement Manager – Gas CAP

About the role

This position offers an experienced PMC Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for high‑profile gas capital projects in the Middle East, aligning sourcing strategies with project execution schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall project procurement strategy and execution plans aligned with project milestones.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tender packages; lead technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, recommend award decisions, and manage purchase order placements.
• Identify long‑lead items, monitor procurement schedules, and coordinate with expediting teams to avoid delays.
• Control procurement budgets, analyze vendor quotations, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and supply chain.
• Minimum 20 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience on ADNOC offshore projects or similar Middle‑East offshore developments.
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.

Required skills

• Procurement planning and sourcing strategy.
• Vendor pre‑qualification, performance monitoring, and contract management.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards: ISA, IEC, API, NFPA, ADNOC engineering standards.
• Experience with detailed design engineering for offshore facilities (topsides, jackets, modules, platforms).
