PMO Analyst – IT PMO

About the role

Support the centralized IT PMO in Dubai by ensuring governance compliance, improving project delivery processes, and providing data‑driven insights through reporting and tool management.

Key responsibilities

• Review projects for compliance with PMO policies, standards and stage‑gate processes; conduct health checks and assurance reviews.
• Assist Project Managers with adoption of PMO processes, risk/issue management, lessons learned and corrective actions.
• Administer the PMO tool (Asana) – configure settings, manage user access, create templates, workflows and deliver training.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for IT Management and PMs covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones and KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in a PMO or Project Analyst role within IT.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Asana for reporting and portfolio management.
• Proven track record in project compliance reviews, risk management and process support.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or P3O certification is a plus.
