PMP Exam Coach / Project Management Trainer (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

An organization focused on professional project management education is hiring a PMP Exam Coach / Project Management Trainer to deliver training and structured guidance to people preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. The role is fully remote and part-time, and suits someone who combines practical project management experience with strong coaching and teaching skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs covering PMP topics and project management principles
• Prepare presentations, study guides, practice questions and learning materials
• Explain concepts across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches, and cover initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing
• Coach on scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources and stakeholder management, and on governance, leadership, communication and team management
• Run mock exams, practice assessments and exam preparation workshops, and teach situational questions and exam strategy
• Track learner progress, give feedback and recommend improvements to training content and preparation methods
• Stay up to date with PMI standards, PMP exam updates and project management trends

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, PMO operations or professional training preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field preferred
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Experience delivering training, workshops, coaching or mentoring preferred

Required skills

• Strong understanding of predictive, agile and hybrid project management methodologies
• Familiarity with PMI standards and frameworks
• Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms
• Ability to work independently and teach effectively in a remote environment
