P&O Specialist – HR Operations

About the role

The P&O Specialist will support DSV’s human resources functions across recruitment, onboarding, documentation and employee relations. This position ensures that employee records are accurate, compliance requirements are met, and day‑to‑day HR operations run smoothly within the UAE office.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee personal files and HR records.
• Monitor validity of visas, medical insurance cards, security passes, driving licences and other certifications.
• Track employee leave, attendance and mandatory training requirements.
• Assist with employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate medical examinations and required health assessments.
• Prepare regular KPI reports and arrange employee transportation as needed.
• Coordinate driver schedules and transportation arrangements.
• Perform any other related duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
