POA Manager – Sales & Operations

About the role

The Manager – POA (Power of Attorney) leads sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience for the POA business function. You will manage a team of Sales Consultants, drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimise end‑to‑end service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to meet revenue, conversion and service excellence targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that maximise lead conversion and business growth.
  • Monitor pipelines, productivity and key metrics, providing regular performance updates.
  • Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring seamless service and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify upselling, cross‑selling and referral opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with POA regulations, documentation standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Customer Service and Finance to maintain efficient, compliant delivery.
  • Drive process improvements to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and dashboards with actionable insights.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in service‑based industries.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in legal, documentation, immigration, business‑setup, banking, insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Candidates from SaaS sales backgrounds will not be considered.

Required skills

  • Strong background in service‑based sales with ownership of revenue targets.
  • Team management and coaching expertise (minimum 3 years).
  • Reporting, CRM management and sales analytics capabilities.
  • Pipeline management, forecasting and conversion metric experience.
  • Ability to present performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Operational discipline with focus on process, documentation and customer experience.
