Podcast & Social Media Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Podcast & Social Media Content Manager to grow a new consultant‑led healthcare podcast and media brand operating between Dubai and London. The role focuses on audience development, short‑form content creation, and platform growth rather than video production.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑performing moments from long‑form podcast episodes and turn them into reels, shorts, and other short‑form assets.
• Write compelling hooks, titles, captions, and social copy for each piece of content.
• Develop and execute short‑form content strategies across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor analytics to optimise engagement.
• Collaborate with the production and editorial team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Support the wider clinic’s social media presence and brand marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and platform algorithms.
• Experience managing professional social media accounts and creating short‑form content.
• Organised, proactive, and creatively driven.
• Based in Dubai (preferred).
