Pool & Beach Manager

About the role

Delano Dubai is seeking a passionate and hands‑on Pool & Beach Manager to lead its beachfront operations. You will create a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the brand’s distinctive personality while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool and beach operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure seamless service.
• Manage loungers, cabanas, reservations and peak‑period guest flow.
• Lead, coach and schedule the pool and beach team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Drive revenue by working with F&B on promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor performance, guest feedback and operational costs, ensuring compliance with health, safety and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Pool & Beach Manager, Beach Club Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of luxury pool and beach operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest recovery skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue opportunities and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
