Pool Technician – Luxury Property

About the role

Apt Resources is recruiting a Pool Technician for a luxury property client located in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining high‑end swimming pools and water features, ensuring water quality, and performing routine inspections and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain swimming pools and associated water features.
• Monitor, adjust, and record water chemistry to meet quality standards.
• Inspect, service, and troubleshoot pumps, filters, and related pool equipment.
• Conduct water testing, maintain accurate logs, and report any major issues.
• Perform minor repairs on pool systems and coordinate larger maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Pool Technician, preferably in luxury‑property environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of pool maintenance procedures, chemical treatments, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Relevant certification in pool technology or a related field is advantageous.
