Portfolio Digital Executive

About the role

Accor is looking for a creative and organised Portfolio Digital Executive to support digital marketing and e-commerce activities across its hotels. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content and wants to understand the commercial side of hospitality. Under the guidance of the portfolio commercial team, you will support brand awareness, direct and third-party online performance and the digital guest experience, following Accor's commercial objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit images, short videos, reels and stories showcasing hotel experiences, facilities and offers.
• Support social media calendars, scheduling and community engagement while keeping content aligned with each hotel's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to gather content, plan shoots and keep promotional information accurate.
• Maintain hotel content, imagery and offers on Accor websites and online travel agency platforms, improving visibility and booking conversion.
• Assist in implementing quarterly and annual e-commerce plans across direct and third-party channels.
• Support digital campaigns across social media, paid advertising, SEO, display advertising and metasearch, working with the portfolio team and agencies.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and coordinate campaign requirements with external vendors.
• Support customer relationship management and targeted guest communications, including approved email campaigns.
• Contribute to campaigns promoting Accor Live Limitless and help monitor rate parity and pricing accuracy across online channels.
• Track campaign and channel performance, prepare simple reports, and assist hotel teams in monitoring online reviews and social media feedback.
• Work with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, PR, F&B and marketing teams on seasonal campaigns, and check that content, booking links and offers display correctly.
• Conduct basic competitor benchmarking and market research, and share insights on digital trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant internship or work experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or social media is an advantage; fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are welcome.
• Good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential.

Required skills

• Practical image and video editing with tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe applications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Exposure to content marketing, paid advertising or CRM tools is an advantage.
