Portfolio Officer

About the role

Al Mujama Real Estate is hiring a Portfolio Officer in Dubai. The role covers the quality of on-site services in communities, collection of service charges, preparation of RERA reports, and coordination with owners, service providers, developers and government offices.

Key responsibilities

• Issue No Objection Certificates according to market practice and company policy, and prepare reports for top management
• Run regular administrative audits to monitor AMC employee compliance and resolve payment disputes with service providers
• Arrange meetings, prepare minutes, circulate correspondence and record, monitor and respond to e-mails, inquiries, suggestions, feedback and complaints
• Collect service charges from owners and process company payables (and sometimes OA payables)
• Coordinate with colleagues, service providers, developers, clients, government offices and auditors
• Link the Urbanise software to RERA/Mollak, submit a weekly accounts report and share timely updates with community projects
• Monitor the pre-preventative maintenance KPI on CAFM software and carry out site visits

• RERA knowledge
