About the role

The Division of Science (Psychology) at NYU Abu Dhabi seeks a Post‑Doctoral Associate to lead research on gender‑related attitudes, stereotypes, and sexual orientation. Key responsibilities

• Design and implement empirical studies on gender and sexual orientation.
• Collect and manage quantitative and qualitative data.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses and interpret results.
• Prepare manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals and present findings at conferences.
• Collaborate with lab members and contribute to the development of the lab’s research agenda.

Required profile

• PhD in social psychology or a closely related field, awarded within the last five years.
• Demonstrated expertise in research design and advanced statistical methods.
• Strong academic writing and communication skills.
• Passion for gender‑related issues and an independent research agenda.
