PR Account Director - Technology

About the role

Gambit Communications, an independent PR and influencer marketing agency handling corporate and consumer multinational clients such as Samsung, BMW and Red Bull, is looking for an Account Director for its technology practice, which focuses on consumer tech and gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to achieve client objectives in public relations
• Develop crisis communications strategies
• Implement messaging workshops with clients
• Coach senior leadership on media training and media messaging
• Guide and grow team members
• Develop content for media consumption, check and proofread it
• Identify and develop potential stories for media consumption
• Oversee the preparation of coverage reports, monitor reports and present results
• Lead on new business pitches

Required profile

• At least six years of agency-side experience in the consumer technology and gaming sector
• Current title must be Account Director level
• Bachelor's degree minimum; a degree in Public Relations, Journalism or Marketing is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
